On March 10, 2023, Core Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ldquo; Core Co., Ltd. & rdquo;) and Shanghai silicate Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences (referred to as & ldquo; & rdquo;) formally signed a semiconductor cooperation agreement. The purpose of this cooperation is to promote in-depth cooperation between the two sides in the research and development of semiconductor materials, devices and systems, and jointly promote the development of China's semiconductor industry.
